I graduated from SSMT 6 years ago and it was the beginning of my journey to my true self. I was at a cross road...either get more education for my nursing degree or go to massage school. Attending this school was one of my best decisions ever. I came to massage school thinking that I knew everything about the body from my nursing education. I was mistaken. The education here was super challenging but fun and I met some of the best humans in my life. I was 47 at the time, but as a student , age didn't matter . Currently, I have a great mix of both of my jobs. I love them both equally. I can't imagine my life without massage. I get as much out of it as the client...it feeds my spirit.
