The Level I Reiki class is designed for the participant to leave with the knowledge and ability to give Reiki to themselves and their family.
This class is the foundation and is perfect for the complete beginner. The history of Reiki and basic energetic principles are covered, as well as plenty of practice time.
Class is held from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. NCBTMB approved course.
Mandy has been practicing Reiki for over 15 years and she has trained hundreds of students since becoming a Reiki Master in 2008. She brings to the classes a wealth of knowledge in energetic techniques from many different lineages, including Usui Reiki, martial arts, Ayurveda, Yoga and massage therapy. Mandy is passionate about sharing her knowledge to empower others. Her classes are always fun, informative and down-to-earth. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
