This class is an introductory course to Ayurvedic Bodywork. This course uses lecture, discussion and hands-on experiences to bring an understanding of this ancient art and science to massage therapists.
The lecture will inform participants about Ayurvedic philosophy and how that translates into individualized bodywork. Massage Therapists will be able to incorporate elements of the course into their current practice or add an Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Massage) to their list of services.
Class is held from 9:00am - 4:00pm. NCBTMB approved course. Please bring sheets, including breast drape.
