Foam Rolling continues to grow in popularity and is considered to be a key component when trying to improve flexibility and performance. Most wellness professionals have limited experience and knowledge of self myofascial release techniques, such as foam rolling and how it can benefit athletes and the general population. This interactive workshop is designed to identify foam rolling techniques and how they can be used to improve health and performance.
What to bring: Foam Roller (there will be some to use and/or purchase if you do not have one) Wear comfortable clothing.
Class is held Saturday, 9:00am-4:00pm.
