This required class is focused on the prevention and root causes of medical errors in a healthcare practice. You have clients who are medically frail, highly medicated, and at risk for medical tragedy due to medical care. Learn how to spot signs and symptoms of possible medical care failure. Learn to be an advocate for your clients. This class is also designed to help you prevent medical errors and equipment failure with your own massage practice. There will be ample opportunity for questions and discussion.
Class is held 9:30am -11:30am, NCBTMB approved course.
