Tuition and Application Fee
The application fee refund policy is as follows:
1. Cancelation must be made in person or by certified mail.
2. The entire application fee will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted to the massage therapy program. The refund will be made at the time of written notification of non-acceptance.
3. The application fee is fully refundable if the student cancels the application within three days after it has been submitted or within three days after receiving the Student Handbook. Refunds will be made within 15 days of cancellation.
4. The application fee is non-refundable if the student cancels the application more than three days after it has been submitted or more than three days after receiving the Student Handbook, whichever is later. |

Books
Textbooks will be accepted for refund only if they are returned with no markings or defacements within three months of their original purchase. Book refunds will not exceed 50% of the original
purchase price and will be made within thirty days of the return of the books.
