3-Day Unwinding Intensive - February 3-5
The upper and lower extremities are vulnerable to many types of injury. Conventional treatment approaches fall short when they treat only the symptoms and not the entire problem. A holistic approach is to treat the extremities as components of larger and more complex systems.
CranioStructural Unwinding works with the extremities at three levels: myofascial, neurological and energetic. This approach generates corrective responses through the entire body, not only at the site of the symptom.

• the unwinding road map
• biotensegrity dynamics
• upper and lower extremities, pelvis, hip complex and shoulder complex
• physical/energetic interfaces
• structural geometries
• neuro-endocrine integration
• breath, attention and intention
There is no prerequisite for this course.

This FREE introduction to CranioStructural Unwinding demonstrates techniques for addressing challenges that you face in your treatment room every day. Avi's insightful presentation previews the Dynamic Stillness training which begins in April 2012. You will have an opportunity to register and continue on for the entire weekend intensive if you wish. RSVP (941-306-4135) not required, but will be helpful. Friday, February 3, 3:00-5:30pm.
 Avi Khadir Aberman, RPP has practiced and taught bodywork for thirty-five years. During this time Avi founded healing centers and training programs in Boston, Montreal, Atlanta, Miami, Sarasota, FL and Santa Fe, NM. His work integrates myofascial, structural and energetic techniques within a paradigm of fitness, well being and life transformation.
Avi is based in Santa Fe, NM.
